During my military service in Hatay, I took part in a meaningful reconstruction project. I worked on the planning and design phases of new military housing (quarters) on a site where the previous buildings were destroyed in the earthquake. The main goal of the project was to design safe, modern, and sustainable living spaces for military personnel while respecting the history of the site. I focused on earthquake-resistant design principles and efficient land use.
