This project introduces a 25-story mixed-use tower designed to stand as a dynamic landmark within an urban tech hub. The architecture challenges traditional vertical typology by incorporating a fluid, twisting mass that shifts seamlessly across its elevation.

A prominent diagrid exoskeleton wraps around the glazed facade, serving both as a primary structural element and a signature aesthetic feature. This lattice pattern optimizes material efficiency while creating a captivating play of light and shadow throughout the day. At the base, the tower dissolves into a multi-layered, organic podium that interacts directly with the street life, bridging the gap between high-density office zones, public plazas, and lush green landscapes. The design reflects a strong balance between parametric complexity and functional urban integration.
